  • 1 tsp Chilli oil
  • 1 Thin paratha or tortilla
  • A handful of Shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella work great)
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of Chilli flakes

  • Whisk the Eggs
    Crack two Eggoz eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and chilli flakes. Whisk until smooth and airy.
  • Prep the Pan
    Heat a pan and add chilli oil. Place tomato slices, green chillies, and green onions evenly across the pan.
  • Cook the Eggs
    Pour the whisked eggs over the veggies. Let it spread and set lightly.
  • Add the Base
    Immediately place your thin paratha or tortilla on top of the egg mix. Press gently so it sticks.
  • Flip & Fill
    Flip the whole quesadilla carefully. Sprinkle grated cheese and add chopped cabbage on the cooked side. Let the cheese melt slightly.
  • Fold & Serve
    Fold the quesadilla in half or roll it up. Serve hot with ketchup, salsa, or your favorite dip!
