- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste

- 4 slices of whole-grain bread

Instructions:
