Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Bihari Style Egg Curry Recipe:

  1. Prepare the Spice Mix:
    • In a bowl, add grated onions, 3 whole garlic pods, 4 half-cut green chillies, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, 4 tablespoons of curd, and a tablespoon of refined oil. Mix well to form a paste.

    • Heat 4 tablespoons of mustard oil in a clay pot over medium heat.

    • Add black cardamom, 2 cloves, 2 green cardamoms, and a bay leaf to the heated oil. Stir for a few seconds.
